Note: For special delivery schedule and time, please coordinate fully with us to ensure proper delivery. This is a per request and for our consideration. Order early so we have enough time to allocate delivery persons for your request. In some cases, we may charge additional for special delivery and odd-hour delivery.

Same-Day Delivery: Cut-off time for same day delivery is 3:00 pm (Philippine Time). Please place your orders as early as possible and before 3:00 pm (Philippine Time). All payments must be cleared before 3:00 pm for us to process your order on the same-day, regardless of chosen payment method. Our lead time is at least 6 hours for same-day delivery of funeral flowers for provincial delivery.

Next-Day Delivery: Order must be placed before 7:00PM Philippine time (Monday-Sunday).

Estimated Delivery Lead Time: 4 to 6 hours after order is confirmed and payments are processed.

Peak Season Delivery: Place your orders a week early during peak seasons such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day. This will allow us to process your orders more efficiently. Expect scheduled cut-off times during peak season for us to avoid over-booking of deliveries. We do not commit specific delivery time especially during peak seasons.

Additional Flower Delivery Guidelines and Notes

Updated and Accurate Information: Sender must provide updated, accurate and complete delivery information. Kindly provide recipient contact number. We reserve the right to call the sender or the recipient to verify the correct address (location) if we think it is needed to prevent delay and non-delivery.

Refusal to Accept Delivery: Refusal of flowers delivery by the recipient is still considered as delivered. Please consider that our product is perishable and the resources used to process the delivery.

Substitution: Flower arrangements posted in our website may vary, depending the availability of the flower order. Some substitution may occur especially for outside metro manila and provincial delivery but with same or higher equal value. Sender will be informed for some changes.
